With the intention of expanding their potential in broader markets, the family settled in Istanbul in 1987. Venturing into the pharmaceutical distribution sector with Es Ecza and Koz Ecza Depoları, the family established Hedef Ecza Deposu in 1993.

Forming a strategic partnership with Walgreens Boots Alliance in 2001, Hedef Ecza Deposu changed its name to Hedef Alliance. Under the active management of Abdulrezzak Sancak and his brothers, the company quickly became a leader in the national pharmaceutical distribution market and a significant player in the international market.

ESTABLISHMENT OF SAYA

In 2006, Abdulrezzak Sancak and his brothers founded Saya with the aim of leveraging their long-standing experience and knowledge in various sectors and contributing to the development of our country by assuming a leading role in R&D, employment, and export.

Making significant achievements in the food and retail sector with this brand, Saya transferred the brand to CarrefourSA in 2010 in response to demands.

A NEW HEALTH PHILOSOPHY INSPIRED BY HUMANITY

Reflecting an innovative approach, a key factor for success in today's business world, in the sectors it invests in, Saya established Pharmactive İlaç in 2010 after terminating its partnership with Hedef Alliance. Renamed Humanis in 2022, Pharmactive İlaç began its health journey under this name.

Groundbreaking on February 14, 2011, Humanis, invested with over 200 million dollars, was brought to Turkey by Saya as a factory with an annual production capacity of over 330 million units. Receiving the prestigious European GMP certificate from the German BfArM, Humanis earned the Russian GMP certificate in 2019 and the Canadian GMP certificate in 2021 following inspections by the Russian and Canadian authorities respectively.

ONE OF TURKEY'S LARGEST ELECTRIC MOTOR MANUFACTURERS: VOLT MOTOR

Volt Elektrik Motorları and Voltsan Kalıp, significant players in the electric motor production sector and mold industry, joined the Saya subsidiaries in 2011. In 2016, Volt Elektrik Motorları and Voltsan Kalıp merged.

THE BIRTH OF THE LIVAMINE BRAND

Saya's journey in the mining sector began in 2010 with the "Livamine" brand. The brand was corporatized under the name "Liva Krom İşletmeciliği Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş." in early 2016 to realize its investments.

Following the establishment of the company, Livamine acquired Uludağ Harmancık Krom SAN. TIC. A.Ş, which holds a chrome mining license in the Harmancık district of Bursa, acquiring a 389-hectare chrome mining license.

AN INNOVATIVE PERSPECTIVE ON THE GEARBOX SECTOR

Continuing its investments in different sectors, Saya acquired Öztekfen Redüktörü, founded in 1964 and operating in gearbox production, in 2020 and established the Volt Redüktör brand. With this investment, the Saya once again proved its presence as a prominent brand in different sectors.

SAYA HOLDING TRANSFORMATION

Following the loss of its founder, the late Abdulrezzak Sancak, in 2016, Saya continues its journey with the strength it derives from the principle stated by Abdulrezzak Sancak at the establishment of Saya, "Fortunate is the one who finds a cure for a problem."

In 2024, renewing its commercial structure and corporate identity in line with its global goals, Saya Holding, transformed into a holding company, is a bridge between the past and the future, industry and technology, profit and social benefit, Turkey and the world.
