Our Ethical Principles revolve around these values and represent a guideline to establish a trust-based relationship between the Holding companies and stakeholders. All employees are responsible for knowing the work ethics and acting in accordance with them.
Ethics Hotline Notification is a platform where violations of ethical principles and laws occurring in Saya and Holding Companies can be reported. In the notifications, the information should be stated clearly and in detail; and should be concretized by specifying the person, place and time and submitting documents.
It is not mandatory to share personal information in your notifications. All the information you provide will be kept confidential.
The information provided is stored in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and relevant legislation, and all reported violations are managed by the Saya Ethics Board in accordance with the principle of confidentiality within the framework of laws and corporate policies. All reported violations will be investigated by the Saya Ethics Committee as soon as possible and appropriate actions and measures will be taken.
