Atty. A. Hamit Sancak is a graduate of Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law. Sancak, who worked as an attorney for 2 years after graduation, after working at Deloitte Touche Tohmats for a while, continued his career in Saya Holding as of 2010. Serving as the General Manager of Volt Electric Motors since 2011, Sancak was appointed as the Chairman of Volt Electric Motors Board of Directors as of 2022. Attorney A. Hamit Sancak, who also serves as Volt Gearbox General Manager, is a board member of Volt Technology and Saya Group.
