Kezban Sancak Elay graduated from Bahçeşehir University’s Department of Economics in 2005. She started her career in the Internal Audit Department of Hedef Alliance Holding and joined Saya Group in 2006, taking on roles in finance. Since 2011, she has been serving as the Human and Culture Director of Saya Holding and its subsidiaries, leading significant projects in employee experience and employer branding. As a member of the Corporate Governance Committee, Elay plays an active role in the institutionalization efforts of the Holding.
