Rıdvan Özdemir began his professional career at Türkiye Halk Bankası. In 2006, he joined Saya Holding as the Finance Manager at Folkart Yapı. Over the years, he has held various financial leadership roles, including Finance Coordinator and Deputy General Manager of Financial Affairs at Folkart Yapı, and currently serves as the Finance and Treasury Director at Saya Holding. Özdemir is also the Deputy General Manager of Financial Affairs at Folkart and a board member of Volt Redüktör and Saya Holding.
